About This Service
A1 Skip Hire is focused on minimising the environmental impact of your waste. We provide a recycling and tipping service that is economically and environmentally beneficial. Our recycling centre is based in Stoke-on-Trent and enables A1 to recycle over 80% of all materials.
The waste is sorted and separated at our facility into the relevant materials including wood, metal, glass, plastic and cardboard before being processed. This enables us to reduce the amount of waste materials destined for landfill.
A1 Is Fully Licensed
Our waste facility is licensed and frequently monitored by the Environment Agency ensuring all waste is processed, handled and transported responsibly and in an environmentally friendly manner.
Customers are welcome to drop into our licensed and insured site to ensure they have a safe, quick and reliable tipping facility. You can enjoy having peace of mind knowing that we will sort your waste to ensure we maximise the amount we can recycle on your behalf.
How it Works
On arrival at our Stoke-on-Trent depot our 40 tonne weigh bridge will weigh your load and our staff will give you a ticket and direct you to one of our segregation bays where your load can be tipped.
We accept all waste including green waste, wood, metal, soil and hardcore, plastic and general waste.
